Opening
An Account
All you have
to do is click on our "My Account" link. You'll
see it in the navigation bar on top of the pages. Click
on the "Create New Account" link right above
the form. All you have to do is fill the form out and
click the save button....That's It!!
Placing
An Order
Simply
create an account (if you need help with that
click
here). Then shop around the site and add
items to your basket. When you're finished click checkout
and provide credit info. The system should respond with
the order number an confirmation page!!
Finding
Products
You have
three methods of searching. You can either click on
your bike model and get a listing of bike specific products.
Or you can click on the category listed in the category
tree on the left hand side of your screen. Or you can
do a text search which is available on almost all of
the pages in this web site.
Wish
List
Create an
account and you get a Wish List. You can use it for
a birthday, an anniversary, or a holiday--or just because--then
share it with family and friends.
Find an
item you'd like to include on your Wish List.
Select
the "Add to Wish List" button.
The item
will be added to your Wish List.
Items
will remain in your Wish List up to 365 days!
Then you're
on your way!

Tracking
An Order
Go
to the tracking page by clicking
here. Enter in
your home phone number and click the "Search"
button. Your order will not show up if it is older than
30 days. Please call 888-725-3679 (International call:
786-242-5400) if your order is older than 30 days.
