The Zega Evo XXL Topcase maximizes dry and secure storage for your Adventure motorcycle without adding width to the bike.
Big Storage Volume:- You'll be happy to know that this 72 liter XXL topcase is large enough to hold two full-face helmets which is great for date night or two-up touring. Whether you are lane splitting, hauling bulky items home from the store or commuting to the office you just can’t beat the storage and convenience of the Zega Evo XXL topcase. While this top box has a best-in-class amount of storage space, we have to remind riders that it’s designed to handle a maximum weight of 5kg (11lbs).
Dual-Latch Security:- You will love the finger-friendly latches that provide smooth closure of the lid with a positive locking action. The latches are die-forged for strength and can be further secured with optional keyed locks.
Rapid Trap Quick-Release System:- Add or remove the box from the mount in a snap! Just turn the lever and easily slide the box toward the rear of the bike. Support is provided by the 25mm stainless steel tube mount (sold separately) which is bike specific for optimum mounting to your adventure touring motorcycle. While Evo XXL is a new product, the rapid trap quick-release system has been providing secure mounting of Touratech topcases to riders exploring the farthest reaches of the globe for nearly a decade.
Waterproof:- The lid has a tough tongue-and-groove aluminum edge with an integrated silicone seal making a completely waterproof closure. The topcase is equipped with a waterproof vent that relieves pressure when changing elevation - like when you ride over a mountain pass.
Lid storage:- Additional storage on top of the lid is made easy with forged aluminum lashing loops on all four corners of the lid.
Construction:- The lid and base are manufactured with a deep drawing manufacturing method, eliminating the welded seams. The body and base are secured by tried-and-true stainless steel rivets sealed with silicone gaskets.
Two Ergonomic Handles:- Carrying the XXL is made easy with an ergonomic handhold placed on both sides of the box.
Dimensions:- The internal volume of the Evo XXL is 72 liters. External measurements are 15.75” front to back x 23.6” wide x 12.6” high.
The XXL topcase mounted on some bikes may block the side pannier lids from being hinged upwards.
