R&G Racing's ECC0236BK Engine Case Cover, Right Side is made specifically for Honda CBR1000RR /SP/SP2 (2017-2019).

This R&G engine case cover for Honda CBR1000RR /SP/SP2 '17 | right side provides protection for the vulnerable and expensive magnesium engine case on the throttle side of the motorcycle in the event of a fall or slide. Resilient 4mm Polypropylene construction is impact absorbing and abrasion resistant to preserve the integrity of the motor. This protective engine case cover significantly decreases the risk of wearing through or breaking the stock cover to keep oil loss from causing catastrophic engine failure. This relatively small investment is highly recommended for street riders to prevent expensive repairs, replacement or even to avoid getting stranded after an incident with an inoperable motorcycle.

Bolt-on installation makes for an easy fitment without any permanent modifications. Simply fit the R&G cover over the factory clutch cover and secure with the supplied replacement hardware in the factory mounting holes without losing any oil or replacing the gasket.
