R&G Racing's ECC0235R Race Series Engine Case Cover, LHS is made specifically for Honda CBR1000RR /SP/SP2 (2017-2019).

The R&G Race Series engine case cover, left side provides the ultimate level of protection in the event of a tip over, or low side slide. Stout 4mm Polypropylene construction produces exceptional impact absorption and abrasion resistance. The high caliber Race Series case cover takes the defensive performance a step further with the addition of a replaceable slider puck at the impact face to provide even greater wear resistance. After a small incident, just the slider puck itself can be replaced in minutes to restore full protection. The Race Series cover is strongly recommended for track day enthusiasts and street riders alike as a relatively small investment that can save some serious cash vs. replacement of the expensive OEM case covers.

Fitment is simple as the factory bolt holes are utilized with supplied replacement hardware which requires no drilling or any other permanent modifications. Simply mount the R&G cover over the original unit without the need to spill a drop of oil or replace the gasket. A matching right side is available separately or save some cash and purchase both at the same time with the 2 piece kit.
