R&G Racing's ECC0235BK Engine Case Cover, Left Side is made specifically for Honda CBR1000RR /SP/SP2 (2017-2019).

This R&G engine case cover protects the expensive magnesium engine case on the clutch side of the motorcycle to reduce the risk of damage in the event of a fall or slide. Tough 4mm Polypropylene construction absorbs impacts and resists abrasions to secure the condition of the motor. This essential engine case cover significantly improves the chances your CBR will survive an incident as the cover is protected from wearing through or breaking causing oil loss or debris contaminating the motor and causing catastrophic engine failure.

Simple bolt-on installation makes for an easy fitment without permanent modifications. The R&G cover fits over the factory stator cover with extended hardware (which is included in the kit) in the factory mounting holes without the need to replace the gasket or lose a drop of oil.
