R&G Racing's ECC0229BK Engine Case Cover, Left Side is made specifically for Suzuki GSX-R1000 / R (2017-current).

4mm Polypropylene is constructed with a slim profile that adds minimal thickness while providing impact absorption and abrasion resistance. This protective case cover mounts directly over the factory Suzuki stator cover without the need to remove the original, replace any gaskets or even lose a drop of oil. Longer replacement hardware makes use of the factory bolt holes without the need for modifications.

This engine cover is a wise investment for any motorcycle used on the track or the street, especially with the astronomical cost of an OEM replacement part or even a motor rebuild. Without adequate protection, even a small slide could wear through or compromise the factory part causing a loss of oil and debris contamination.
