R&G Racing's CP0492BL Aero Style Crash Protectors, Black are made specifically for Triumph Tiger 900 / GT/ Rally (2020-current) & Tiger 850 Sport (2021-current).
Features:
- Some cutting required.
- The protector itself is machined from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) – chosen because as it wears it actually helps to slow a sliding bike.
- The bolts used are also de-embrittled steel; working as a shock absorber to bend instead of snapping or staying rigid – which could twist the mounting point.
- These are not "mushrooms"! Unlike most of our competitors, we use de-embrittled high-tensile steel bolts which are designed to bend on impact rather than to shear or snap.
- In addition, we add compression sleeves inside the bobbins which are designed to allow the retaining bolts to be torqued to the correct specification and not to work loose though vibration.
