R&G Racing's CP0359 Aero Style Frame Sliders are made specifically for Yamaha YZF-R1 (2013-2014).

The R&G Aero style frame sliders provide essential protection for the most vulnerable and critical components in the event of a fall or slide. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) crash bobbins are designed to be the first point of contact with the ground to prevent road rash and impact damage. The HDPE construction allows these aerodynamic frame sliders to resist abrasion and absorb impacts so your fairing, frame and engine cases don't take the hit. Fairing modifications are required (28mm holes) but installation is straightforward as factory frame mounting locations are utilized with specially designed de-embrittled bolts. This hardware will bend instead of shearing at the point of failure so your motorcycle isn't left unprotected. If you consider the expense of repairs or OEM part replacement, frame sliders are a relatively small but excellent investment for the R1. Add fork protectors, swingarm spools and engine case protectors for the best defense against damage.
