Puig 21522W Z-Racing Windshield for Honda CBR600RR (2024-)

Puig's 21522W Z-Racing Windshield is made specifically for Honda CBR600RR (2024-current).

Specifically designed for the latest evolution of the Honda CBR600RR, the Z-Racing windshield stands out for its aggressive design, in line with the sporty spirit of Honda's supersport, while providing improved aerodynamic protection thanks to its slightly larger dimensions compared to the original windshield.

Developed with virtual wind tunnel technology to achieve the best possible aerodynamic coefficient, its double bubble design incorporates Z-shaped channels that effectively divert the air that would directly impact the rider towards the sides, providing better comfort during riding and reducing fatigue without affecting the overall aerodynamic performance.

It is available in a wide variety of colors: transparent, light smoke, dark smoke, glossy black, matte black, blue, red, and carbon finish.

Designed and manufactured at Puig's facilities located next to the Barcelona-Catalonia circuit, using the most advanced technologies in the field and benefiting from over 60 years of experience in the sector.

It is made of 3mm thick high-impact acrylic material, providing great strength and lightness, UV protection, and clear visibility through it. It features a rounded 2mm profile contour for increased safety and complies with the stringent homologation standards of the German TUV.

With total dimensions of 270mm wide by 275mm long, the Puig Z-Racing windshield is 40mm taller than the original Honda CBR600RR windshield.

Its assembly is very simple, it is attached to the motorcycle just like the original windshield, and can be done in 15 minutes following the instructions without the need for mechanical knowledge. It is recommended to periodically check the tightening of the screws.

The Z-RACING line is based on balancing an agressive stance in accordance to your motorcycle, while keeping comfort and functionality for the rider.

The Z-Racing screens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than their stock ones, they are fully tested in the virtual wind tunnel to garantee improvements in the aerodinamic coeficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection to the rider. Thanks to its doble height, they deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and top area of the torso. In the meantime, the side channels pick up air flow and send it sideways with the objective of reducing air pressure from the rider’s shoulders.  

The aerodinamic protection improvement is of 12.7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the "racing" position.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3mm. We come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2mm (accomplishing the safety control from the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantee that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.
