Hepco & Becker's new Smartrack system offers modular pieces allowing you to fit all BASIC tank and rear bags onto your rack. This is only the BASIC ring mounting adapter that fits onto your Smartrack or Sportrack meant for retrofitting existing bags that already have a mount piece, this DOES NOT include the mounting piece that goes on the bag.
