The base kit will be on with your high beam and off when in low beam mode. Alternatively you can add a separate switch and operate the light whenever you wish.

Dimmer Option Available: With the dimmer you can control the light bar from off to 100% in the low beam setting with 100% for high beam, all with the factory high beam switch. No need to add another switch.
