The AltRider R130-1-4001 Pillion Luggage Rack specifically designed for use on the R1300GS, it is the only pillion rack on the market, due to the engineering challenges caused by the new seat moving forward and rearward. This clever rack mounts using the keyed latch of the pillion seat, no hardware, brackets or tools required, while increasing your carrying capacity and versatility. 

The rack is manufactured from 3/16 inch (4.76 mm) laser-cut aluminum, and all cutouts are CNC-routered to produce a refined finish with no sharp edges to cut straps. The cutouts are strategically placed to provide a multitude of tie-down points while maintaining the strength of the rack, available in anodized silver or black finish.You can also combine this Pillion rack with the AltRider Rear Luggage Rack ALT-R130-1-4002 to create over 3 square feet (.29 square meters) of completely smooth luggage surface.
