The Altrider AS20-2-1011 Upper Crash Bars are made from 1 inch (25.4 mm) diameter stainless steel, which add another dimension of protection, providing coverage to the bike’s radiator and plastics. Upper Bars are more important on the tall and skinny Africa Twin than on many other bikes, as a simple tip over could result in substantial damage to these pieces. Upper Crash Bars are offered individually or as part of the Full Crash Bar System, and are available in a bead-blasted matte stainless steel and a black, red or white powder coated finish. It can be installed on both DCT and manual transmission models, and are compatible with the factory belly pan and OEM center stand. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included.
